How To Overcome Procrastination In 30 Seconds

“Tomorrow is often the busiest day of the week.” Spanish Proverb. Overcoming procrastination is a matter of changing the stories we tell ourselves. When we associate more pleasure or reward than pain to a task we find the power or will to do. If you are exhausted and can’t get out of bed imagine you just remembered you have the winning lottery ticket for one million dollars. All you have to do is get dressed and get down there and claim your prize. Would you have the power now? Of course. That little mind trick can actually cause you to accomplish the little big things of your life right now that will invariably give you the energy and ideas to make that million dollars. Yes it will. It did for me when I lived in my car.

So plan a little and then take action. Plan yes. But always act twice as much. Remember a good plan today is better than a great plan tomorrow. Jim
