What causes us the most pain in life isn’t our reality. It is our fears based on a long list of past experiences. Many of these past experiences never occurred. We rehearsed them to the point that they appear real.
Those that occurred were in reality rarely if ever as severe as we imagined.
We become like our childlike self .. afraid of the bogey man. The snake underneath our bed. The shadow man in our closet.
As adults despite our external successes these fears are so real they hinder us tremendously. In fact they project themselves to such an extent as real that we develop a false sense of self through our verbosity, rudeness, attraction to things that we know have little or no permanent value.
We chase things that not only rust and rot. But things or people leaving us empty in the
Every negative feeling however fleeting leaves a imprint on our subconscious. Suppressing our immune system. Inhibiting our Divine progress. When this occurs unabated for years we jeopardize more than our happiness. We risk our emotional, mental and physical health.
Which mean we suppress our most authentic self in order to be that person who was afraid of the dark as a child.
What can you do?
Believe that you deserve to be happy.
The Universe hasn’t ordained you as a bad luck person
Karma isn’t bestowing some evil upon you.
Deserve to see things with clarity and enthusiasm.
Be courageous. Open your heart to instinctively living to become who you want.
Choose positive experiences,
Live positive words.
Love and respect yourself. Love and respect others.
Approve of yourself. Say that again. Approve of yourself. Jim
